Ex-LCC boss makes case for less-privileged

Former Managing Director, Lekki Concession Company Limited (LCC),  Mr Mubashiru Hassan has urged well- meaning Nigerians and industrialists in Lagos State to come to the aid of the less privileged.

He made this call during the distribution of food items to 200 residents of the Ojo Local Government .

Hassan, a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (A PC) in the state, said the era of pushing  responsibilities to the government was gone hence  Nigerians should come to the aid of the less-privileged “in our society in order to complement the efforts of the Lagos State Government’’.

He said the Federal, state and local governments have numerous socio-economic, political and security challenges to cope with hence “those who are financially endowed should contribute their  quota towards giving the less-privileged in the society a sense of belonging “.

The former L C C  chief praised the giant strides of the Lagos State Governor Mr Babajide Sanwo Olu in the socio- – economic, political and infrastructural development of the state since he assumed office as governor.

Hassan urged Lagosians to  support  the  administration   to  develop the state.
