The Government High Court in Abuja on Friday requested the arrival of the deposed Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi, who was expelled to Stunningness, a town in Nasarawa State.
He was deposed on Monday.
Equity Anwuli Chikere allowed the break request following an ex parte application moved by his lead counsel, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN) on Friday.
The appointed authority likewise requested that the request for the arrival of the removed ruler ought to be served on the respondents to the application.
The respondents to the application are the Examiner General of Police, Muhammed Adamu; the Chief General of the Division of State Administration, Yusuf Bichi; the Lawyer General of Kano State, Ibrahim Muktar; and the Lawyer General of the Organization, Mr. Abubakar Malami (SAN).
The adjudicator fixed Walk 26 for additional conference for the situation.
