Residents in portharcourt cry out at the dirtiness of the state

Residents of portharcourt have raised their voices on the way the streets of the garden city is filled with dirts. The diets are littered everywhere. In some areas like eneka,iwofe, the diets are almost covering the road.

The residents are calling on the state government to help as it is hazardous to the health
