The Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, made it public on Tuesday that their is a new case of Coronavirus found in Lagos.
He went further to explain that the affected person is a 30-year-old Nigerian lady that returned from the United Kingdom on March 13th 2020 through British Airways.
The Ministry of Health said she is now at Mainland General Hospital receiving treatment.
Prof. Akin Abayomi said that all the passengers on the same flight with the lady should stay at home and self-isolate themselves for 14 days.
He wrote on Twitter:
“Contact tracing of all passengers and all those who may have come in contact with this latest case has commenced,”.
