Elon Musk announces free premium features for verified X accounts

X's CEO, Elon Musk, has unleashed a wave of revolutionary enhancements that have customers giddy with anticipation.

Additionally, Musk, who is the CEO, creator, and chief designer of SpaceX, announced on Thursday that accounts with 2,500 verified subscribers would now be able to access premium features for free, and those with 5,000 or more will be able to access Premium+, which will allow them to rise even higher.

After purchasing X (previously Twitter) in 2022, the billionaire made this announcement using his X handle, sparking a flurry of excitement and cheers. Elon Musk purchases Twitter for $44 billion, according to Punchng.com.

Platform X users were thrilled with Musk's major statements.

The tweet said, "Starting now, all X accounts with more than 2500 verified subscriber followers will receive free Premium features, and accounts with more than 5000 will receive free Premium+."

Account owners who subscribe to X Premium have a number of benefits, such as reduced advertising, revenue-sharing eligibility, and other functionality.
On the other hand, the X Premium+ membership kicks things up a notch with exclusive features like priority reply rights and an ad-free experience.

Amid the rising rivalry with OpenAI, Musk had earlier revealed on Wednesday that the Grok AI chatbot—which was previously only available to X Premium+ members—will soon be available to all Premium users.
