Two passengers fall into Lagoon in Lagos accident
Two people were pushed off an 18-seater bus into the Lagos lagoon on Wednesday due to an accident that took place in Lagos and had a major effect.
In a statement released in Lagos, Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, the National Emergency Management Agency's Lagos Territorial Coordinator, stated.
He claimed that the two adults, a man and a woman, who fell off the LT 18-seater bus were being sought after by Marine Police officials.
According to Farinloye, the bus with registration number FKJ 872 YA crashed on the Third Mainland Bridge, along the Adeniyi Adele axis, leading inward from Lagos Island.
He claimed that the car's fast-moving driver drove off the road and struck the railings of the bridge.
According to him, the two passengers were thrown off the vehicle and into the Lagos lagoon by force.
"The Marine Police are searching the victims, a man and female adult.
Farinloye declared, "The injured have been evacuated to a nearby hospital."
