Actor Chiwetalu Agu enumerates seven Nigerian avoidables.

Veteran actor Chiwetalu Agu has disclosed the top seven items Nigerians should stay away from while they struggle with the country's high cost of living.

Agu underlined in an Instagram post the value of making wise decisions to get through the difficult period.

Given the growing barriers to healthcare access, Agu says Nigerians had to make an effort to stay healthy.

Recognising the limited availability of basic requirements, he also recommended eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and keeping a working phone with active data.

Agu urged avoiding conception above all else, pointing out the tremendous difficulties of having a child in an unstable economic environment.

"This is a list of things to watch out for, the way things are going in our country today," he stated in a video. First of all, try not to get sick if possible,” he advised, emphasising the increasing difficulties of accessing healthcare amid economic instability.
Secondly, check that your phone is in good working order and that your data is active. Thirdly, if there is food available, make sure you consume a nutritious diet and drink lots of water.

"Number 4, don't give this hard-time woman Belle o. Number 5: Steer clear of situations that could send you to jail. Sixth, follow rule #4 and don't give the woman Belle o. Rule number seven is to always follow rule number four. No vibe, lady belle o. And lastly, and perhaps most importantly, pray to God.
