CAF 2025 qualifier: November 18 match between the Super Eagles and Rwanda
Nigeria will play Rwanda in their last 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match on November 18, according to the Confederation of African Football.
The game will be place at Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
The Nigeria Football Federation made this announcement on Tuesday.
The competition from Group D for spots in the 35th Africa Cup of Nations finals, which will take place in Morocco, will come to an end with the Matchday 6 match.
The contest will begin in December 2025 or January 2026.
In addition, CAF has designated Moroccan match officials for the match, which is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. and will be officiated by Samir Guezzaz.
As assistant referee 1, assistant referee 2, and fourth official, respectively, his countrymen Zakaria Brinsi, Abdessamad Abertoune, and Kech Chaf Mustapha will take over.
Ali Mohamed Ahmed of Somalia will serve as the referee assessor, and Ghana's Prosper Harrison Addo will serve as the commissioner.
Senegalese officials have been appointed by CAF to serve as superintends for the Matchday 5 match against Benin Republic at the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny on November 14, which is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Nigeria time.
The referee will be Issa Sy, while fellow countrymen Djibril Camara, Nouha Bangoura, and El Hadji Amadou Sy will be the first, second, and fourth officials, respectively.
The commissioner will be Rene Williams Sere from Cote d'Voire, and the referee assessor will be Angolan Inacio Manuel Candido.
