Men engage in body modifications like women, Lolo claims

Actress Omotunde David, well known by her stage as Lolo, has brazenly declared that a larger percentage of guys than most realise also modify their bodies.

Speaking on her podcast, Say My Piece, Lolo underlined that although men often have procedures done more covertly, women are more open about their body improvements.

Whether you like it or not, it has become the standard, and we want to talk about a very intriguing topic today. It's a common misconception that women are more likely to enhance their bodies than males, but surprise! males are also more likely to modify their bodies.Men engage in it frequently, but we haven't given it much attention in Africa yet. I'm not saying it's common; I said women do it more. Even if we look at the indices among men, maybe a small five percent, but it’s being done now,” she explained.
She shared personal experiences, mentioning men who have undergone facelifts in Nigeria.
The actress emphasised that guys also choose to undergo cosmetic operations such as liposuction, biceps implants, and false abs.

"I've discreetly performed facelifts on certain men whom I've observed in Nigeria. The chin and area surrounding the eyes can sometimes be used to somewhat tighten the face. Males also use Botox; Charly Boy has admitted to using the treatment. Giving you a more youthful appearance is also a cosmetic technique. Outside of Africa, males frequently alter their bodies by getting liposuction, biceps, and false abs. She went on, "Do you know that some men are getting their penis enlarged now?
