Nwabali unconcerned with his unsuccessful summer transfers.
Stanley Nwabali, the custodian for the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Chippa United, has emphasised that he has moved past the problems surrounding his unsuccessful sale to Kaizer Chiefs and other teams during the most recent transfer window.
Several elite teams were interested in Nwabali after his performance at the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, with the Amakhosi being one of the front-runners.
While speaking to Idiski, Nwabali said he thought he was leaving Chippa United but it never happened.
"Since it's football, I wouldn't say that what happened after the AFCON and last season truly affected me. As a football player, Nwabali stated, "Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but one thing is for sure: deals come and deals also crash." ” Nwabali noted. “But one thing I know is that even with all these happening you don’t have to lose your value as a soccer player.
"After everything that happened, I even thought I might quit the club, but I'm still here, so nothing has changed."
