UEFA unveils Euro 2024 team of the tournament

The official Euro 2024 Team of the Tournament, which features the best players from this summer's competition, has been unveiled by UEFA.

The starting lineup, which is arranged in a 4-3-3 configuration, includes players from several countries who performed exceptionally well during the tournament, although Spain emerged victorious.

Mike Maignan of France is selected to start in goal following a string of strong outings.

The defence is made up of Marc Cucurella of Spain, William Saliba of France, Manuel Akanji of Switzerland, and Kyle Walker of England.

Three players from Spain make up the midfield: Rodri, Fabián Ruiz, and Dani Olmo.

The front line, which consists of Nico Williams and Lamine Yamal of Spain on each side of central striker Jamal Musiala of Germany, is quite dynamic.
Their individual teams were greatly impacted by this young offensive trio.

Rodri, meanwhile, was voted the finest player of Euro 2024 after helping La Roja beat England 2-1 to win the competition for a fourth time in Berlin on Sunday.
Due to a knee injury, Rodri had to be removed at halftime during the final, but he was nevertheless rewarded for his outstanding play as Spain defeated both the hosts, Germany and France, to advance.

The Manchester City player's lone goal of the competition came in a 4-1 victory over Georgia in the round of 16.

Coach Luis de la Fuente, however, praised him as a "perfect computer" for his metronomic passing and game reading, which were essential in guiding a youthful team through an extremely challenging run for victory.
